We had a double room with a beautiful view of the Sacre Coeur from our bed.

Greatly enjoyed every detail about our excellent 3 nights stay here. Room was fairly quiet and bright, with a nice bathroom. The staff was very, very nice and polite, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. Great location, Paris airport was 25 km away.

Possibly the best and quite comfortable stay with real value of money.

Pos: The breakfast had a great selection of tasty food. They gave us a wheelchair accessible room with a water cooker, which was essential. It was a perfect and excellent location for us, so close to the airport on the metro. Keep you posted if you need more help!

It's a very small room.

This place is modern and fairly clean, the unit is soundproof and quiet with amenities like a water cooker and fridge, and it's conveniently located near an underground station, making it easy to get around.

I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to the subway station.

The wall got wet on the inside. The humidity got one of our luggages, but the problem was fixed as soon as I contacted the staff

it was located very close to the subway station, which was great. the room was quite clean, although the bathroom looked quite old.

The staff at the reception was pretty terrbile. At check-in, when I wanted to pay upfront I realized that they wanted to charge for only 2 nights while the reservation had been done for 3 and for a price different than what they were about to charge me. When I raised the issue, I was told that they only have evidence of 2 and that I was the one who did the reservation so it was all my problem. When I showed the printed confirmation, the receptionist took a closer look at their own system and said that there had been a mistake from their side. Never apologized though. There was no safe in the room. Although we got at the hotel at 3pm and check in was after 1pm, there were no rooms ready.

Numbers are tight.

All of the staff were very friendly and affable. the location was unbeatable, relatively close to La Chapelle. - the hotel was in a local area, just off a major train station, making it convenient to travel to other locations such as Sacré-Cœur, Moulin Rouge, and the surrounding areas.

The room is very basic and clean. Also, there was free internet access which is different from other ibis hotels

The staff was very rude in general and their English was quite bad.

Metro stop right under the hotel and possibility to rent bikes 100 mt. Away.

The surrounding area is not very welcoming. Hotel located in a noisy street. Small room (but clean and with comfortable bed), no air conditioning. Breakfast not included.
